make sure to eat fruits with your meals from plant sources as the Vitamin C in fruits assist in
absorption.

+ Some for example tea, coffee, red wine and soya products, inhibit absorption of iron from plant
sources therefore avoid pairing these with meals containing only plant sources of iron.

substances that impair absorption of iron from the plant sources.
